Bulgaria

The project partners from Bulgaria can take part in the 4th call for proposals thanks to the financial provisions of the PHARE programme.foreseen especially for Bulgaria.

The amount allocated to Bulgaria by the PHARE provisions equals 1.334.000 €.

A National co-financing of 25% of the total eligible project cost per partner is foreseen. For more information on this topic, please check the Applicants’ Manual.

PHARE funding is now fully integrated into the 4th call for proposals of the CADSES Programme. Bulgarian   Partners can be part of the project partnertship, in the same way as EU Member State partners. The information necessary for the submission of the application form (financial overview, project size, national co-financing, contracting procedures, eligible costs under the external funding instruments, eligible partners) are available in the Applicants’ Manual.

Contracting for PHARE Bulgaria funds within the CADSES Programme will be undertaken by the Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works.
