CADSES Project Management Handbook
The handbook is a compilation of various guidelines of the Managing Authority (MA) and the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) covering the most important issues that emerge in the process of project implementation and final reporting.
The book is intended to help Lead Partners and other involved actors with any questions they might have concerning progress reports, payment claims, project changes and final reporting. Moreover, the handbook includes a section on national management aspects and on CADSES contacts as well as a chapter explaining the essential unified CADSES terminology.
The JTS intends to regularly update this handbook by e-documents which are sent to Lead Partners by e-mail. Updates will also be available on the CADSES website.
