Example of Joint Convention

A Joint Convention has to be concluded between the lead partner and all project partners. The Lead Partner establishes legal relations with the project partners in order to define their co-operation and to safeguard himself against his partners by contract.

A joint convention is not only recommended for the Lead Partner to safeguard himself against his project partners, but also a condition for signing the subsidy contract with the Managing Authority in Rome. Therefore an original version of the joint convention has to be presented latest at the point when it comes to sign the subsidy contract.

The Joint Convention presented here (PDF, 177 kB) is just an example how a Joint Convention could look like.

All partners shall (i) sign the Joint Convention on a single page and (ii) initial each page of the Joint Convention.

Please find here (PDF, 41 kB) also the Joint Convention of the 1st call CADSES project "REKULA".
