Conference themes: development, management, strategies,
policies and visions of/for urban green spaces
The aim of the conference is to provide an opportunity for academics,
researchers, practioners, policymakers, developers and young
professionals from Europe and elsewhere to reflect critically on
relevant aspects for the future of cities and urban green spaces.
Key topics:
- Policies and strategies for urban green spaces.
- Sustainable management of urban green spaces.
- The uses and the users of urban green spaces.
Call for Paper: All interested in presenting
papers should enrol until 10th December 2007. The conference
welcomes papers reporting research findings and empirical data,
offering theoretical insights and recording current trends,
spotlighting case studies, providing surveys of policies, plans and
programs, reviewing examples of projects that have been implemented.
